Mindfulness Evenings welcome beginners and intermediate Mindfulness learners. For those who have taken the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Classes these mindfulness evenings are an opportunity to attend a group meditation, and continue to learn and practice mindfulness. For those who are new to mindfulness, it is an opportunity to be introduced to the practice and perhaps clarify the purpose of taking the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction class later on. These evenings will include mindfulness practices and learning/discussion. These will be held in Burnaby.

These evenings will be held from 5:30 to 7:00 in Burnaby. Location to be announced
