Is this the Erica I went to Douglas college with?
Remember Chris Berger and my wife Anita?
Chris! Yeeeeees! I tried finding you so many times! Even recently on facebook. Text me a(778) 227-7742 I AM SO excited to hear from you!
Are you going to be doing more mindfulness evenings?
There was very little interest and it was a lot of work trying to put them together. I am always thinking of ways to offer more follow up. But so far the things I have offered have not drawn enough people. If you have any ideas I am happy to listen!
I took a course with you at SFU during my MA in 2016. You had such an impact on me as an instructor that I am hoping to continue my learning by participating in an MBSR course with you! Will you be offering any MBSR trainings in 2021?
So nice to hear from you! And so glad that you are pursuing mindfulness in your life in more depth. Due to COVID, I am not teaching the class until COVID has settled down. Perhaps in the late fall, when I can require attendees to be vaccinated and then we can feel safe in spending that time. Please send me an email to email@example.com later in the year to see where we are at with the planning of the class. I would love to have you attend!
