Hi Amber:
There was very little interest and it was a lot of work trying to put them together. I am always thinking of ways to offer more follow up. But so far the things I have offered have not drawn enough people. If you have any ideas I am happy to listen!

Hi Erika,
I took a course with you at SFU during my MA in 2016. You had such an impact on me as an instructor that I am hoping to continue my learning by participating in an MBSR course with you! Will you be offering any MBSR trainings in 2021?

Hi Alex:
So nice to hear from you! And so glad that you are pursuing mindfulness in your life in more depth. Due to COVID, I am not teaching the class until COVID has settled down. Perhaps in the late fall, when I can require attendees to be vaccinated and then we can feel safe in spending that time. Please send me an email to drehorwitz@outlook.com later in the year to see where we are at with the planning of the class. I would love to have you attend!
Erika
