***THIS SESSION IS CANCELLED DUE TO COVID 19.  I DO NOT WANT TO PUT PARTICIPANTS AT RISK. I WILL ANNOUNCE NEW DATES IN 2021 WHEN RUNNING THE CLASS CAN BE DONE SAFELY.  IN THE MEANTIME, YOU CAN CONTACT ME IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO DO INDIVIDUAL COUNSELLING SESSIONS WITH MINDFULNESS BASED THERAPIES WHERE I CAN TEACH YOU MINDFULNESS IN A MORE TARGETED WAY FOCUSED ON THE ISSUES YOU ARE STRUGGLING WITH.  CONTACT: 778-227-7742

TIME: 6-8:30 p.m.

LOCATION: Nikkei Centre, 6688 Southoaks Crescent, Burnaby, BC.

Class will start SEPTEMBER 15TH, and will run for 9 weeks. There will be a longer class; date to be determined.

Cost: Fees are $430.

Important information about payment:  PAYMENT is due at time of registration.  etransfer is preferable as it holds your space immediately.

If you are paying by cheque, please send cheque immediately (ADDRESS IS BELOW) after registering as your space will only be held once your payment is received.

Extended health plans: I am a Registered Psychologist.  I will issue receipts to claim if you have coverage.  Also, non-reimbursed receipts by a psychologist may be tax deductible.

Refund policy:  Refunds -$75 will be issued up to 4 weeks before session starts.  50% refund up to 2 weeks before session starts.  No refunds will be issued when cancellation is received less than 2 weeks before session starts.
